Program Cost
- Year 1 is included in the cost of treatment
- Available for up to 5 years total
- $349 per year for continued coverage
What’s Covered
- New crowns, bridges, and dental implants placed by our team
- Full coverage for repair or replacement due to normal function or material failure
- Applicable for a period of five (5) years following the completion of treatment
Eligibility & Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, patients must:
- Attend all recommended recall and hygiene appointments (minimum twice per year)
- Maintain proper at-home oral hygiene
- Avoid neglect, trauma, or misuse of the restoration
